What is this? Why does my motherboard have a jumper for it? (PCB 3.0 or PCB 2.9) Why does my motherboard manual say its for Voodoo 3? Should I keep in on, or off? And whats the difference between PCB 3.0 and PCB 2.9?

PCB's? Poly-Chlorinated Biphenols! Highly toxic stuff. They are considered carcinogens. That means that you will stand a good chance of getting cancer if you mess with them. No wonder your motherboard manual considers it Voodoo - stay away!

Seriously though, I don't have a clue. I just couldn't resist .

I don't know either but your mother board
(the plastic) is probably made out of them.

Go to your MBs maker's web page and ask 'em. Mind you, I've always advised that if you don't know what it is, leave it alone. Kind of like blasting caps.
