There was a tweak posted a while back on Combatsim.com. It was supposed to be put in the system.ini file under [386Enh] but I forgot what it was! The tweak was supposed to make Win98 use all of the RAM before it went to fileswaping. Does anyone remember what the tweak was? Thanks for your help.

ConservativeSwapFileUsage=1 [in the folder you mentioned above]

There were mixed feelings about it but I use it and have had no problems with it.

Thanks!

I ask because I just got another stick of 128 PC100 SDRAM (And I now have 288 MB of PC100 SDRAM ) and I want my games to use that before going to the hard drive.

Thanks again!

P.S. All this RAM DOES make a difference! I can especially tell in B-172. It runs fairly smooth now (In 800x600 with most graphic settings on medium and a few on detail) with little pauses and not as bad when fighters intercept. I also got rid of the A3D drivers B-172 installed and that helped get rid of alot of the pauses aswell!
