In my opinion, the risks of receiving free samples by mail far outweigh the possible benefits to the 'Potato Salad User'. This gross mis-use of a potential source of Chips should be stamped out now! Those of you who still wish to purchase illegal potato salad will, of course, be able to obtain small bags of my wife's excellent home made potato salad at vastly inflated prices......
