There's a file you can d/l that unpacks/packs WW2 Fighters Data files. SQzip it's called.

I used it on the ww2.sqs file and unpacked it. It has approx. 1200 files in it! The bmps for planes, vehicles, cockpits, gauges, buildings, trees, explosions and even Bambi(the deer) are there.

I'm pretty sure you can use it for the .sqs terrain file, but I haven't tried that yet.

Nobody has done any new skins yet. I thought maybe someone here might be interested in repainting some skins.
