heheh, figured you guys might like a pic since I was taking pics for a friend. As you can see its pretty crowded. You can see my latest R/C car (Lancer EVO 6 w/ working lights) and an F4U I'm rebuilding and repainting for a friend. The throttle has been removed from the chair since it is dead and not being used. You can also see the FSH mascots on the right monitor. ------------------ Tony "Razer" Martin Brought to you by the Campaign for a better Pacific. We've done the 'who we are' thread and 'what we look like' threads enough, what about a 'cockpit' thread? Werner ------------------ Werner Molders Abbeville Field: Dedicated to the SDOE Experience. IP: Logged |

Hey, this could be fun to see what everyone's desktop looks like. So I'm joining in, mine is below Notice my electronic kung fu hamster gaurding the scanner, lol. And if you look closely through the door you can see a piece of a white fluffy thing, otherwise known as my dog Zoe. Common people post your desktop, it will be fun P.S. I wasn't at FSIC yet when the who's who post happened, could somebody point me to it? I've got a pic of me ready to go if someone drags up the old topic IP: Logged |

I would post my desktop but I just noticed I've got a fresh roll of film in the camera, and I don't take many pictures. Someday. Mine isn't too thrilling anyways, just your typical desktop with a light-olive wall and some old French propaganda posters and reprints of wartime maps of Normandy and Northern France on it.Blacksheep - I think the evidence usually gets destroyed pretty quick after one of those who's who. Maybe someone like DanW or another of the oldtimers has a copy on file somewhere. I have a photo of Jaguar, Tailslide and myself after Pearl Harbour I could dig up... Well, I'm with Razer if all the old evidence is destoryed, mine as well start up another one . Here is a rather random picture of me leaving the house one day. P.S. Werner, if you don't think those other guys would mind please post some of those pics. This is fun matching names to faces, because it seems you have an idea what people look like then you see there pictures and it's completly different from what you thought.

Razer, apologises for jumping thread, just incase you didnt see my other post, things are moving in Invasion1944, we have contact with BI, a reformed team structure (certainly more mature and directed) but we could certainly use your considerable talents. If your interested to see whats happening, let me know? Thanks manfred89@hotmail.com

Zurawski,I'm not sure what those mysterious black discs are, at first I thought they were CD ROMS so I tried jamming them into the disc drive, and well they just didn't fit. Then I said "hey they must be audio CD's", So I went downstairs and tried to smash them into my CD player, after busting the tray and a few black discs, I decided they were not CD's at all. Well it turns out that the black discs were at one time used to, get this, play music! I was shocked, but I hear in my Dad's time they were quite common place. lol Actually they are my Dad's old records of which I am slowly selling on e bay for him. We are keeping some after buying this thing called a "record player" lol, and selling the rest.
