I emailed Meatwater's webpage and recieved this note in the mail: "Hello, following your request at the MeatWater guestbook I have decided to make the MeatWater SDOE SoundPack ("Rolling Thunder v1.0") available again. For now it's only the file, http://www.meatwater.com/bin/sdoe/mrt10.exe - haven't had the time to put up a page for it yet. Please note that this is rather "old" way off our current quality standards - in the meantime I have gained a lot more experience, and things may not sound the way you'd expect.
