It's here!!!!!!!!!  Sorry for the delay! I hope it was worth the wait...You can download it at the following site: ftp://ftp.3dgw.com/incoming/WWI Pack2.exe It's 33.6 megs so thats a heck of alot less than the Test Pack 2 which was 44 megs. Please read all the readme files for the latest info and news. Installation should be easy! Just tell it where your Fighter Squadron directory is and hit Next. (Default is C:\Program Files\Fighter Squadron) It will overwrite your keyboard.inp, startup.ppf, MissionEditor.ppf, and sounds.ppf files but I would suggest a fresh installation for this pack.  The Moska MB-bis and Mk.IV Emhar tank were added in at the last second so that brings the flyable aircraft count to 24! Hi Argon, been trying to DL the new WW1pack2 and having problems. Wingsof honor site is down and the 3dgw site keeps cutting out! sugggestions? any other place to get it?IP: Logged |

Thanks a bunch! After about a dozen trys, finally got all of it! Was using DAP(accelerated) with speeds of 3.5!!-340 KBs(averaging 25KBs). looking forward to geting shot down!IP: Logged |

Got the PP ok. But, Argon , what's with this huge pilots head? (it's a virtual planetoid!) Can't see a damn thing! (must admit it is funny to see him looking all other the place!)IP: Logged |

Argon, not pulling your leg. Flew a coupla of Ac, in training, and instead of acockpitand gunsights, only saw the back of a pumpkin sized pilot's head (Dirk?). I'll re fly and tell you which ones.IP: Logged |

Here goes- just finished flying 1 msn ea, of ea AC type, in Hangar and Training. in the cockpit, I'm looking at the back of the pilot's head( instead of gunsights)for the following AC: Morane, Ne17, Bleriot,F2b,SE5a,Camel Pup,Dh2,Sop tri, be2c,Scout,albdva,fokdr1,d7,d8,Eiii,pfalz, taube. all heads are 2D, from ext view,save Se5a, pup, SopTri,Dr1,D7,D8,Aeg3 and taube. Did I/ something screw up in down load of WW1PP2? did I miss hitting a button? the AC look+fly great, Ijust can't see a thing in front of me!! help!IP: Logged |

GP,Just a thought here but try using the [ and ] keys to adjust your view. Maybe it will fix things for you. ------------------

Ground Pounder, ahh! Ive never seen or have had this reported!!  But I think I can offer a fix for you. Go to your sdemons.ini file and make sure this line is present: FarClip=21 If youre running the patch, make sure that sdemons.ini file has it aswell. IP: Logged |

Condor- tried your solution, only worked on max size for gunsight(close up). the head still existed. Argon- inserted FarClip=21, and still ended up with view obscured by a rectangular head!( no gunsights) Advise, please.IP: Logged |

Argon-- after much tinkering, i ve sorted it out! reset farclip to 11, and heads flickered in/out. reset to 31 and it only showed(flickering) on 2-3 AC. deleted cache files, now everything is "normal" . thanks for help. now if i can only sort out getting online i'll be ok! IP: Logged |

Hi, Argon-- did complete re install, in correct sequence, no add-ons. your PP2 worksgreat. unfortunately, experiencing massive FPS loss(1.5-2.8!!!) in P1529, across the board. thanks much for help.IP: Logged |
