Tail, Beta 2 and 3 both CTD at the start of the Training Mission. I removed the barrage balloons, reduced the number of do17's to 3 and changed the fuel from 9999 to 999 and it still CTD. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My machine was ok with 2 but only lasts for a few minutes with 3. Just long enough to shoot down one or two of the Huns then it hangs my machine or CTD's. And I'm getting the nuclear splashes. Which are kind of neat if ya'll ask me. Silly but neat.

i have been waiting for this plane 4 a long time and it finally came out ....unfortunately while it is loading the mission/training mission, SDOE quits to the desktop (just as when u forget to add a line to the startup.ppf or to the airfoil folder)....what can i do? if u can help me i will love u forever

I had another look through the plane I can't see anything that would cause crashes to desktop but I will keep looking.

Vahnatai, Jerry, Sunray try loading up the mission editor and making a new mission with the do17. Don't modify an existing mission but make a brand new one. Sometimes some missions will cause CTD on some computers.

Mine is a self-created mission I did when you first released the Dornier. 6 Do's and 3 Hurricanes. Oh and a couple barrage balloons. It seems to last until I get to chasing the Do's towards/near the balloons. Then when I get one of the evil Do's, it hangs or CTD's during the explosion. I'll give making a new mission a try. That's part of the fun of this game anyway. And let ya'll know.

Howdy. Made a test mission with 3 Do-17's and 1 Spit. Gets to load page and crashes immediately. Switched to Ju-88's and it works fine. Switched them back to 17's and crash. This isn't what you wanted to hear I know, but this is what happens. It does look just like the model I built lo these many years ago. At least what I saw of it in the other mission. Hope this helps.
Is it possible that it's caused by my antique video card? It's a Rage Pro Turbo AGP but only 4 meg ram. Soon to be 8.

I created a simple mission. One Do17 at angels 10, 200 mph, 200 lbs. fuel, heading 0, unarmed. CTD as soon as it starts to load.

However, my Mission Editor is buggered and I have had a lot of problems with new/altered missions lately. When I switched this Do17 test mission to a Ju88 it still crashed. So this is probably not a valid test of the Do17 on my system.

Jerry, try renaming your aircraft directory to myaircraft and see if you can make a ju88 mission. If you can, try making a do17 mission with the do17 as the only aircraft in the aircraft directory.

ive hade no problems w this beta....Well just one small one the training mission had a bomber w one pound of fuel on board. No biggie im used to that as my car has that same problem sometimes. Fixed it in mssion editor.

Kool skin there.

Oh ya. sys specs are:
p3 450, lots ram, herc mx, pp6,nations2,ww1.and patch.
