When its called either or it suggests it is nothing of value. Perhaps change General to 'SDOE items' and have a 'General topics' for non SDOE items.

I posted some neat stuff about stamps concerning the 75th anniversary of the RCAF and I doubt anyone will every see it in 'The Bar.'
