I'm not sure, but I think MS released some kind of patch for Win2k that enabled several games to run under it, and SDOE was one of those games. Take a peek around the M$ website and see if you can find it.IP: Logged |

I know this can be fixed (not first hand) I've seen this topic many times in the past. VDU (or Pye )will have a fix for you if someone else does not respond sooner, hang on this too will pass my son [This message has been edited by FQ (edited 12-30-2001).] IP: Logged |

Hey guys, Me again. Well all your help was great, but i forgot to mention that i was trying to re-install SDOE from the CD but when i click on install in setup it states that this program only runs in Win 95/98. Has anyone one else experienced that when reinstalling? Cheers, Sim------------------ ***Shrapnel*** IP: Logged |

Ohhh, THAT problem! Yeah, basically there is a flag set in the installer that says it won't run under 2k, even though it will. What you need to do is do the install on another machine, and then copy over the folder. Maury IP: Logged |
