If you haven't done this yet...1) make a new folder inside your media folder, call it "openplane"
2) inside that, make several folders. I have two, one called "PlanePack 6.1" and another called "Jeeves Loadouts".
3) Download PP6.0 and place those parfiles inside the main media folder (where your existing parfiles are now).
3) Download PP6.1 and place those parfiles inside the new PlanePack 6.1 folder.
4) Download the parfile version of Jeeves loadouts and place it (data12.par is the only one IIRC) inside the Jeeves Loadouts folder.
5) Run the app (the patch) and select Options->OpenPlane. You should see both folders listed in the resulting panel.
6) Move the Jeeves folder to the top, if it's not there already.
7) Click the lights on both, so both glow green.
What all of this means:
Well basically the system looks from the top down for any resource it needs, skipping over anything without the lights.
The first place it looks is the main "aircraft" folder, so if you place items there they will always be used first. Then it checks though the items in the OpenPlane list, and finally in the media folder's parfiles.
So basically the system is inserting multiple copies of a media folder into the search path, whereas before you had only one. This also implies you can place only parfiles in these OpenPlane folders.
So as it is set up above, it will use Jeeve's loads. When you want to play online and they want you to not use them (although everyone should be IMHO), then simply go to the OpenPlane tab again, and turn off the light beside that line.
No more file moves, no more crap. Click the button and you're off.
