You are needed if you know how to apply an FM to a plane, a DM to a plane, do physical modeling, texturing or any one of the many items that are required to do to create planes for this sim.

911 hit the DIME effort hard. (No, no one was in the towers, but we lost people none the less).

So, do you want to help? Post here and let me know....

I'll paint some skins for you. I have recently found myself with a lot of time on my hands. I gotta tell you though, a decent 256 took a minimum of 8 hrs. the bigger ones are very time and labor intensive.

Let me know if I can help.

Hey Snick I would like to help you out (with textures īcause that is what I do),
but first I think itīs best to finish up the Bismarck & the rest of the hi-res Kriegsmarine for the community
The Bismarck is by the way 85% completed for those who wonder and that is the Major job there, then will follow a rather "simple" conversion into her sister Tirpitz and after that follows in order the Major work on Scharnhorst + conversion into her sis Gneisenau, but after that I guess I will be quite fed up with battleships for a while & ready for something else, cheers Steve

I didn't even know the Bismark was being worked on (begged and pleaded for yes, worked on, no ).

Well snickers since I canīt do any OPP 3D modeling OR mapping for that matter.

What it is for now is NATs Great Yamato
with a few parts remowed, a new name,
and a realy nice hi-res tex.

I wish the Yamato had a more "correct " & slim Bismarck shape but Iīve managed to change around some of the 3D model perception with changes in the tex. instead of the 3D model
The Scharnhorst has much more the right hull Shape for Bismarck and maybe later when the tex.
is done someone could make some "simple" 3D changes to the Bismarck (Yamato).

Still... it looks killer now and youīll see it afloat soon, (been keeping it silent ītil now cause I havenīt had much time left over for it , ītil now that is. /Steve

Steve, make your changes to create the Bismark, then send me the finished ship, I'll check it out and slimline the hull to fit, or maybe build a new hull for her to help show off the effort you've put into her

Thanks Nat, just came back from the studio day 1 and the recordings went smooth and sounds awesome (one takes, no overdubings) īcause the studio is totaly analog it gives the sound a whole range of low and hi overtones (the organic quality)that really has been lost in todays A-DATs (digital audio tapes)
And about fame, my rule nr.1 = never let success go to your head and never forget how much good friends really mean to you,
rine or shine...true?
skint & unknown...YOU?...NEVER! lol
Later Steve
