Why is it that you can remove your Missions folder and many user made mission folders and missions still show up on the game menu? Some show up that don't run and a search by Window's Search can't find them anywhere so I can't fix or delete them! They are not in par files either (except maybe the WWI one's?)

Jerry I think Psi is correct. If you delete all your cache files including sdoecache and sdoecache.tex you should be ok. Should! Hope it helps.

there are some missions and folders like testmission folder in the planepacks parfiles.
So you canīt remove them unless you unbig the parfiles.

OK, with the Missions folder and all caches deleted, here are the folders and missions I still see on the in-game Missions menu when using the Patch:

Dover - Night Test Flight
Africa - Dover out-of-box missions
Rhineland - User missions
Test - Brit Balloon
Noman's Land - Pup vs. Pfaz
WWI - the 8/15/17 to 8/21/17 campaign
A-36 Campaign - the A-36 Campaign
rhineland - same contents as Rhineland but this one has a lower case "r" in the folder title.
Test Missions - Various user missions
Tundra - TS-Yak-vs-Yak-18, but it doesn't load.

Using the 1.5 install it get the same except.

Dover - Dover out-of-box missions
Africa - Africa out-of-box missions
No "Test" folder at all

Are all of these in Par files? Does anyone else see what I'm seeing?

With the OP-WWI Plane Pack 2, the WWI campaign by Jeeves is in the parfile, as is I believe a couple of other missions for Somme and World War I.

Dover Night's mission is also in a parfile.

The No Mans Land Pup vs. Pfalz mission is also in the parfile.

OP-WWI Plane Pack 2 uses the Data15.par

Thanks ArgonV. That clears up most of it. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of this phantom Tundra entry with the TS Yak vs Yak mission? It doesn't load (starts but then locks up) and I can't find reference to the Folder name or Mission name using MS file search. So it acts like it's in a par file somewhere.
