I was just cruising the net the other night and I happened upon a website for another flight sim (won't mention name of sim here) but a person designed blood splatter pattens for the inside of a cockpit. Yeah, I know this might be a little on the gross side but hey.....it happened. I was wondering if anyone has thought of doing stuff like the above, or fire entering the cockpit, or oil-spray.....maybe even have bullet holes appear in the canopy when hit. Just another one of my farside ideas.

I've seen bullet holes and oil streaks in the 109 cockpit but as of yet no blood. Would be better than the "Red Screen of Death" though.

It has and can be done, There is no problem as far as I know except for time and the person who can add it to all the planes, it would be pretty cool.

There is also bullet hit textures that people have made that you can add to any plane and they will unhide when the plane is hit in that area to show some damage. Its pretty cool looking. Again it just needs some people go through all the planes and add it.

Same with breaking landing gear at high speed.

And TONS of other inovations.

Time and skill are the 2 things in short supply in the SDOE community.

Likely better to post it as an add-on. Then we can do it oyrselfves rather than take up a builder's time.
