Guys,
i donīt know if it is possible,BUT maybe you can check the planes and try to keep the numbers of texturefiles used by any plane small,because of the limitation on numbers SDOE can currently handle.

Try to make a mission with the 109E and the Spit.MK1 a Ju88 and a few groundobjects like flak and maybe a ship.It is possible that it ends with blocky clouds or corrupt textures.
But it must be possible to create historical missions without such anomalies!

Hi Ren, sorry to say that this certainly isn't part of the current agenda, possibly in the future this will be looked into in the same way that the DIME team is working on updating the stock planes, but to try and build up the BP and also tidy up all the SM files is far to much to do in one go.

We know there are problems with the textures in some aircraft, but unless there's an actualy bug in the aircraft (as have been found in at least 1 PP6.1 aircaft), then this wont be done right now.

As many planes as there are, we'd have to push the base pack release back to December (at least) in order to get the remapping done. What we are doing now is ensuring no BP aircraft references a texture not belonging to a plane in the base pack.

We will also ensure no plane belonging to a Nations Add on references a texture belonging to a plane from another Nations module (referencing a BP texture is ok though)
