Hello,Does anybody know if it is possible to fly SDOE Multiplayer over a LAN network in a B-17 mission, with all the players manning different stations on the same aircraft? And would we get attacked by AI bandits? Thank You IP: Logged |

As far as I know, it's not possible. You can have only one human player per plane, although you can man any post and let the AI do the rest (and possibly the intercepters as well). SailorIP: Logged |

Thank You, Gentlemen, for your prompt response. I find the FIGHTER SQUADRON documentation a little lacking in clarity and coverage, so it's great to be able to ask you veterans for your advice on this page.It appears that the only way to fly Multiplayer in the same B-17 is with AIR WARRIOR over the net. This is a shame, because we were hoping to play FIGHTER SQUADRON at our local Lancity, where we would all be side by side in the same room, and therefore able to yell out commands and warnings - and invective to each other. Oh well, another dream busted! Mike 20997 IP: Logged |

Say, Mike. There's likely no reason you can't do just that. The machines can be linked with one being the server and off ya'll go. This wouldn't be the same as an internet game but you'd still have more than just the AI to play against/with.IP: Logged |

Sorry Mike, sunray is a little misleading there, the answer remains that you can't do it. You can all play a game on a LAN ofcourse, but can't man a B17 with more than 1 human.IP: Logged |
