Hi Jug, Your not going to believe this. You know how I was having the problem with the RATO's not shutting off. Well I added that line to my inp you gave me cmdbomb=ShiftA and that didn't fix the problem. The new cmdbomb still would not override the rato.
Well I switched back to the old .inp and strangely the RATO shut off at the proper time all of a sudden. I repeated my test with the sea mossie and the RATO worked fine on that one also. I don't have a clue why that fixed the problem. The command you gave me should have worked and I'm cluelessas to why it didn't.

I think what your doing with the startup.ppf and .inp files is a great BTW. We really do need to all have unified files and we really need an official Standard. So what your doing is good, just need to get the problems worked out.

Dinga,

This is exactly what I did, I really don't know how or why it worked but it just did. THe RATO's originally worked fine for me. I noticed after downloading some new airplanes that the RATO's would not shut off. A day later I downloaded Jug heads new .inp file, thinking it might fix the RATO problem. Well it didn't fix the RATO problem at all. SO I reinstalled the Sea planes, still it didn't fix the problem. Then Jug head, tells me to add this command cmdbomb =Shift A to my .inp file. By pressing this I might be able to override the RATO. THis still did not work. So tonight I said what the heck the RATO is still not working, I'll try one last thing. I added my old .inp file to my directory, I checked the Mossie and the Hurricane and all of a sudden the RATO shut off at the proper time.

Now really I didn't alter anything in the file, or do anything specific. So I don't know why the RATO's began to work or why they stopped working in the first place. THe best I can do is just describe the chain of event's leading to the RATO being fixed. I'm really sorry I can't be of more help Dinga, I'm kind of confused myself. Maybe someone here knows why this happens, and how to fix the RATO problem for you or for anyone else that encouters it.

P.S. Not sure if this would help, but if you want I can send you my keyboard.inp file that made the RATO work.
