Listen, most of you here are mature enough to know better, but some here aren't, so this is mostly for them, but everyone take note.We WILL NOT stand for any crap being carried on off this board, if you have a problem with any of the members here, you first sort it out in a mature manner, but if thats not possible, you simply avoid them, if you feel you are under attack for no just reason on this forum and you can't sort it out, you bring it to us, the Jags, and from there we go to Hawk. What you DO NOT DO is think it a good idea to do childish stupid things like sigining someone up for all the junk mail on the net, you DON'T email them directly and have a bitch, infact, don't mail them at all without first asking them via the forum. We've had problems like this in the past, and it seems some little child has done it again, I'll put it this way, WHEN I found out for sure who it is, you are out of here, for good, not only that, I will personaly make your online time hell, believe me I have the means and enough bordom to do it. I suggest to the little shit thats done this to try damn hard right now to change what you've, because we will give you payment in full. If this post sounds like a threat.. believe me IT IS. Yes I'm a Jag, and maybe you think I shouldn't be talking like this, well, I shouldn't HAVE to talk like this, but I am, if you don't like it, to bad I guess. We've all had our arguments and bitches with each other, and they've always stayed here where they belong, and we all get along in the end, but you.. just wait till I can prove it... Again, to most this doesn't apply, but it seems it needed to be said once again. TAKE NOTE, thats a warning. ~Nat~ ------------------

believe me Nat when I say that I'm more pissed off than u about this shit...
Some damnass sent me an email with a virus, my brother dloaded the mail with the Norton protection system off, opened it and eventually I had to format my puter!
Fortunately I always save my stuff w/ the cd burner(especially sdoe stuff), but I let u figure out what kinda mess is losing all email addresses, explorer links and things like that...
I hate those mothafukin assholes who hide behind a nick and have fun causing damage to other ppl, I really would like to kick some butt around!!!! li'l pissed bastard IP: Logged |

Nat, Hawk, other Generals/JAGs,If I am out of line here, just say so and that will be the end of it from me, but if it would not be considered too crass or careless, could the perpetrator of this transgression be made known to the SDOE community (only after proof-possitive identification has been made)? I would only like to know so that I will be sure to avoid this individual at all costs. If public identification is impossible, then would a private email to me be possible? I don't want to know ANY details, only the name will suffice. Respectfully,

I totally agree that this shouldn't be tolerated, but you guys know as well as anyone the best way to avoid this is to not open mail if you don't recognize the sender, with exception to li'lB's situation. If this was not the case (opening mail) then please excuse my outburst... P IP: Logged |

Actually by what I have read its a matter of signing someone else up such that they get spammed. It has nothing to do with opening an email and getting a virus, just getting flooded with all sorts of crap.Definately a lowlife move. (Yes, it can be traced back to the original IP address with enough tenacity....) Even if you have DHCP, the ISP's (or IS) track what user had what IP address at a given time. (This is done to cover their butts ) ------------------
