well I heard of a Stuka modified for carrier landings, but never heard or seen a thing about a stuka-torpedo!
Germans really had a lot of fantasy for weapon testing, but it had to be a fat ass bird, since the stuka himself was very heavy and underpowered (unless we're talking about the D version, but I dunno), placing a torpedo under him was kinda a death sentence for the crew...

P.S.
Guess it had a modified rear gear like the FW190 w/ torpedo...

To watch a modified Stuka for carrierusing look here: http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org/LRG/ju87c.html
Nice pics of a wing folded Stuka!
So itīs not impossible that the Stuka also carried a torpedo.

Like Rend says, when the Luftwaffe were building up planes to put on their soon-to-be-abandoned aircraft carrier, they had modded versions of the Stuka and 109 lined up to produce. When the project got cancelled, the planes got converted back to ordinary spec.

If you are going to have a carier, you have to have a torpedo dropper for anti ship work...and I don't think there were many options. A Stuka would be a logical choice. Flies slow, carries a decent payload...and was available! They also had robust gear etc. for those bumpy carrier landings!

it's a real shame you don't have a scanner!

I would really like to see this plane!
