Surprise Werner! As part of creating the update CD process, I just created a self extracing zip for Nationsv2. You just point it to your fighter squadron directory and it installs nations. If you have more than one SDOE installation you just run the utility more than once. I tested it and it worked fine. I would like 3 or 4 people to test it also. The problem is- where can I post it for this test? bye bye to confusion Hello to fun IP: Logged |

I'm not normally one who takes kindly to surprises, especially of the 'Nations' kind, but I know you do good work, so a big thank you! from me. As for where to put it, I'm making some arrangements at the moment so if you would please sit on the file until I contact you via email, I would appreciate it. No problem, this is why I want to test it first, I know about the problems you had with the v2.1 file floating around, and there's no way I'd consider posting this for general release until you saw it and had a chance to test it. This will work, I just want to make sure the way I've done this sits well with the nations team first. IP: Logged |

DJH - do you have an auxiliary email account? I sent you something regarding hosting this afternoon and it got bounced (...@americanisp.net). Hotmail perhaps? If not, let me know here and then keep an eye on the dime.Werner ------------------ Abbeville Field: Dedicated to the SDOE Experience. IP: Logged | |
