Basically anything that does D3D crashes. Sometimes it's just to the desktop, other times I need to reset. This happens after a delay, and the delay seems random. It's almost as if after sending xxx commands to the card, it crashes.

Anyone out there know how to debug DX? I have the uninstaller, but I'm not going to use it until I get an installer (although it's likely I have an installer on one of my game CD's). I have a TNT2 (not ultra) and I'm running the latest drivers from nVidea.

if you do a search for that file. run it and see what messges you get. see if it;s faling any tests
on a driver

I'm running 8.0a. I think that's the problem.

Pye: DXDiag reports no problems.
