I'd try a re-install of the zip file. Delete the one that doesn't work right and reinstall. Remember to use the 'Use file names' thing.

Razer,

The gunsight is included in the downloadable file from simfiles. Bullet, if you got your copy from my first e-mail, it's missing the gunsight, download the one from simfiles. If you still have problems, I'll send you the missing files. Try downloading the simfiles version first, It has a couple of additional changes Razer made in it.
