Hey listen guys, I have tried a dozen times to install the long 109 engine start and it does not want to work. Can someone tell me EXACTLY how to install it, and should I get rid of any files to make it work??

Sturm, You should have only one file in that planes folder named; 109k /Sounds /"EngineStart.wav" It should read the one that you have prompted to be the start wav. Make sure that your in the right 109 too

My god its so long since I released that I had to think long & hard about this one . Psi is right it goes in the aircraft/109 of your choice/sounds folder and replaces the enginestart.wav file (which you should first rename ) . Note that its over 30 secs long and in online play you will be up in the air before the enginerun sound chimes in.

If someone whats to make a 109 static plane with running engine I have a great 109 engine test recording that will sound a treat, just place it next to or in a hanger for more atmosphere.
