Well, also posted at SimHeadQuarter but here is THE RIGHT PLACE It's being tested right now, I know there's a few modifications to do, but basically it's all finished : Content : Patch 1.5 and 1.5.2.9 PP 6.0 & 6.1 and WW1 PP Nations 2 Drivable Ground objects pack Meatwater Rolling Thunder sound pack Terrains : (all installs tested and explained, files grouped into one whenever an assembly procedure what needed) Smolensk Snowy dover Dover night Rhineland winter Rhineland summer Midway Ocean Pacific Somme Bavaria Tools : (got a mail approval for distribution from AC3D, Anim8or, and Irfanview) AC3D (demo version, manual, link to the site) & Plug ins Anim8or (freeware, incl manual) Irfanview OPS FST Parfile tools & docs SDOE Beeper SDOE control 2000 SDOE PF manager Harman's DM tutorial Some skins, stereo sounds, hi res skins, beta planes publicly available... Tons of missions (i focused on heavy D/L, this is supposed to be for dial modem users) plus some docs that I had on my HD about OP and SDOE and an couple of bug reports (incl Mission Editor french version bug). I'll keep adding new parts as soon as they get released I could use some zipped files with many skins as they are usually small downloads and long to DL one by one. Now, if someone has built something and doesn't want it to be included and the CD, plse send me a mail, same if you want your work to be added and you think it's not in. I'll probably be able to ship a few copies next week, after that I'll be on hollidays for 3 weeks and unable to send (or update) anythg. I plan to start working on a translation as soon as I return, but for the moment all my documents are in french. Of course everything not written by me is stil in original version, although I sometimes included translations of the most important parts. My e-mail : fmailhos@noos.fr Sailor (docked at home)

This is very much needed, great job Sailor, but one question; is there a way to disable the Meatwater sound pack? I don't really care for it and I like the Commando and Psi sounds better, thanks...P IP: Logged |

Psi, if you install Meatwaters first and the our sounds second over the top you virtually end up with Meatwaters not showing up at all.IP: Logged |

Rendsburger, The Africa terrain modif is already downloaded and is the right directory so it'll be included in the next CD I burn. Towns will be as soon as you post a link.Psi, All the parts are optionnal, I wouldn't know how to do a full installer even if I wanted to. I just organised them in directories and added an html tutorial to explain the file system of SDOE (like what's in the Media dir. or whats a .PAR or a .PPF file) and to explain all the install procedures to someone not acquainted with the game. There are also links to read-me files and to several SDOE sites (like this forum, simfiles, fscentral and many more) indicating where a new pilot could find the info he needs. Last, while assembling this CD I had to install all the parts to see how they worked and I discovered many great add-ons that I had been too busy to install ! This game is even greater than I thought Sailor IP: Logged |

Sailor, before burning all this stuff onto CDs, can you wait until the OP-WWI Plane Pack 2 is released? It wont be much longer now!! Also, make sure that the Somme terrain included is this one (The full updated Somme terrain in a parfile): http://www.fightersquadron.com/flightline/upload/Full_Somme.zip Thanks! IP: Logged |

Thanks ArgonV, updating my Somme terrain now, I had theone in 5 parts (but it's very nice al the same). I'll wait for WW1 PP version 2, could you tell me wether it'll completely replace the first on e or will we need both (like pp6.0 + PP6.1) ?Sunray, just send me a mail, the idea is you pay the cost of buying the CD + shipping (it's 0.76 Euro the CD and 2.74 Euro the shipping for European Union Countries, the other countries I didn't check, and I'll try to get better prices on both, may be using CD without a plastic box but only in sleeves) Sailor

Sailor, the OP-WWI Plane Pack 2 will completely replace the old pack. All it really needs is Nations V2 and one of the patches (1.5 or the WwW .9)The Full Somme in a par file is WAY easier to install and its less messy. IP: Logged |

No one has asked this question, so I will! What will be the cost of this "all-in-one" package and how do we go about ordering it if we desire to?IP: Logged |

(hopefully demand will not exceed possible supply). If someone wants to copy/distribute it into other country please feel free to do it, only condition is no profit, only costs are passed on to players. Sounds fair ? Sailor IP: Logged |

Cool. I wouldn't trust overseas mail with just an envelope though. I think the cd'd get busted when the ham-handed posties get a hold of 'em. I'll have to have a look see what the exchange rate is on your Euro. I'm sure her Majesty's Canadian Postal Service can do a money order in them though. Thanks.IP: Logged |

Sunray, I'll make sure the package can stand the trip. I also have a Paypal account, not sure how it works, but I know it uses USD (1 EUR = 0.875 USD)Sailor IP: Logged |

Biggles, I send you one, then you make copies for all the other australian pilots ? It's a bit of a paradox that at the age of broadband internet we end up shipping plastic disks around the world Anyway I still need to add WW1 plane pack V2 (ASAP) and to translate the tutorials in English (early Sept).. I wouldn't be putting that on a CD without permission from Simis/Kuju software. It is commercial software. Hippie

Just a quick note to remind everyone that the original idea was from Spoonman : http://www.fightersquadron.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/004036.html I just picked it up a few weeks ago because I felt it was easier to do a new one than buy his and update it. Sailor
