Thought I would try to cut throught the clutter for anyone wanting to install the beta Plane Pack 6.1 or the new Patch. Go to this web page for both links & install instructions:

for planepack 6.0 + 6.1 are as follows

The line 'InpView Dropcam' is a flyby view cam which will only work with the New sdoe patch.
but the line can be left in with whichever version you are using, be it 1.5 or new patch 1.x.x.9. it will just ignore it in sdoe 1.5

cmdWingFoldUp = Shift W
cmdWingFoldDown = Control W
cmdBomb = A
inpViewDropCam = Shift F8

Was thinking I needed to add the dropcam inputs to the web page right after I went to bed last night.....

This is one of the greatest features!

Also, with those additional inputs you have recommended, I think there is a confict with the "X" key if you are flying the Hawker??? I am not sure why the plane builder chose "X" as the recommendation since it is already a default for the dive brakes.

BTW, anyone no what cmdRATIO input does?

Just wanted to keep this post toward the top of the forum. I have made some additions and changes to the page. You won't have to be a computer genius to get these two items running!

Snake, did you add the inpViewDropCam = Shift F8 to your keyboard.inp file?

Also, with a little reading I was able to find the answer to my post above. If anyone is interested in knowing, the cmdRATIO command activates some rockets for carrier takeoff in the Hawker. I have not tried this yet, I found the answer in a readme. Anyone else try?
