Well, I finally unzipped Harmans ground pack and I have to say, it is amazing. The vehicles handle pretty damn realistically & He's put in great detail: wheels in the tiger tracks rotate, excellent gun sounds from main guns to machine guns to gunner ejecting a round and reloading, turret sounds, hood opens on the jeep to reveal engine. This is definatly a must have and should be part of the online standard! Has anyone been testing it online at all, if not, lets do it! My hats off to you Harman, You've taken SDOE vehicles to a level I never thought they could acheive, SALUTE!! ArchyIP: Logged |

S! Archy Harman released his Ground Pack, Archys' quite happy and taken aback, Some wonder if these machines are built well, I think they are, from what I can tell... Driving around hugging the tarmac, Don't dare get in the sights of a Yak, Shooting at airfields and dock yard, One assumes it couldn't be too hard... But the AI certainly thinks so, I hope one day it will know, And then we can drive around knowing that, Around any corner the AI may show... So whats the future for these in SDOE, They are relatively new you know, All they need is time, Soon many more will shine... Lol

Yes the PAR file...I am currently trying to figure out the numbers used and possibly if there's any free numbers left to use. I know there is a PAR file limit, but I've heard that is anything from 16 to 20. Once I find a free number, the GP will be PARed up real quick. ------------------ Visit FS:SDOE Online IP: Logged |

the only problem I found is that you can't go up hills in them, they stp and slide down backwardsIP: Logged |

Vmartini,The tanks were made so that they couldn't climb hills very well, but if the other vehicles aren't climbing hills too, remember that you should always keep the throttle at or above 25% (press H for HUD and look for %) whenever the engine is on. If you turn the engine on and keep the throttle at minimum (10%), the engine may not produce as much power even when you throttle up. 25% is the safe minimum for idling. Just remember to keep the throttle higher than minimum whenever the engine is on, and you should get max power and be able to climb most hills. The best hill climbers are the GMC Supply and the Opel Blitz. ------------------ Visit FS:SDOE Online
