I see that there are people that speaks already of this airplane, but I have not found it.

an early early early alpha was released 2 years ago, but it was just the he-100 with a new scheme. The new Ki-61 hasn't been released yet and is a completely new plane.

It still needs an FM fix and a cockpit and lower LODs before it's ready.
