This film is gonna be great for seeing, planes and ships,

Heres a link, with trailer , and some very small screen shots of ships on the folling pages
They write that it will be devoting most of the film to the Military Manoevres...
I'd have thought that would have been compulsory

Its entertaining, and the action scenes are great, but historically, it sucks.
They keep mixing in modern carriers and ships, they mis-quote famous lines, do stupid things like show 5 Japanese carriers sailing 200 feet from another. I would recommend it, just don;t take it too seriously

I loved Pearl Harbor..I thought it was by far the best WWII film to date. My dad went with me lastnight to see it and mentioned how gruesome war movies are getting lately. I have Tora Tora Tora and it looks really Mickey Mouse(no pun intended since the new one is a Disney movie)my fav part were the Battle of Britian scenes but all the movie was really good...I was afraid the love story was gonna mess up the whole thing but suprisingly it flowed really well. I know I'll probally go see it atleast one more time..can't wait for the video. It's surprising that only 24 REAL airplanes were used making the movie..they all looked pretty real to me. Oh another movie to keep an eye out for is a new Battle of Britian movie coming out in October. It's based around the Czech squadron. It looks even better than Pearl Harbor...I forgot the site where you can download the trailer but if anyone knows it check it out..looks really good. Lata

Watch it there fella.

Remember, there are 2 (or more) Biggles' here. Me being Mr Original (accept no substitutes ), and having the English school teacher from hell, I'd like to think my spaling is grate!

On Pearl Harbour:
Does anyone know if the footage of one of the Val replicas crashing made it into the final film?
AND, who cares wether the story line ties together. Where else are you going to see so many awesome planes on a big screen, all together, for more than a few seconds?
