Well i have been saving up for this and i cant wait till i get it. i am building a new pc adn it should be very good for running SDOE.

75GIG IBM HARD DRIVE RUNNING AT 10000 RPM.
AND A NEW 56K MODEM.

If you haven't got the modem yet, spend the extra bucks . . (er pounds?) and get an external one. you'll have higher data transfer rates and it'll use less system resources.

It wouldn't hurt to drop a little more on ram, with it so cheap right now another 128 shouldn't cost very much at all.

And with some of the new sims it could really help.

Make sure your power supply is up to this. 300 Watts at least. Also, that 10,000 rpm hard drive plus the CPU and GeForce3 will create a lot of heat. If you're worried, invest in some extra fans for sucking/blowing air through the system (then get some earplugs, 'cos it's gonna get noisy ). Check out: www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk

Yeah i will get an external modem and some more ram.
Dont u worrie about it gettting too hot i have got 3 coolermaster coolerfast capable of coping with a 1.7 gig Cpu EACH , and i have my tower quite far away from my moniter so sound aint a prob.
