We are pleased to announce that the Groupe de Chasse III / 4 has received it's first Dewoitine 520 planes, brand new from the factory, and pilots have begun practising on the new plane.
After several days of training, we flew our first mission yesterday over the advancing german army lines in the "Estuaire de la Somme".
All the pilots thank the plane's builder (Pachy) and the SNCAO factory workers for this great plane that will be essential to keeping the Nazi invaders out of the sky of France.
I'll post some pics and a short report of the missions in the squadron section later today (after debriefing with intelligenc officer is complete).
Thanks to All
GC III-4 Sailor

I have been having an absolute "blast" (pun intended) flying the Dewoitine over the last couple of days against numerous opponents - one scrappy 'lil plane! I love it! But now that there is finally a definitive French plane for SDOE, all we need is something for our Italian squadrons to fly. Macci anyone?
