Gustavo, I meant to mail you before but i cleaned the computer and reinstalled everything so it got delayed.

Did you want the fuel tank texture mapped and weathered like the paint scheme?

If so, you can send it to me and it can get it done in about 5 min.

it's a very simple job and I think I can get it mapped on one of the plane tifs.

darthbob: Thank you for your concept.

Jerry: ¿you are not able to discharge the. zip?

Razer: ¿that what you want is exactly that he/she sends him?, I am not able to understand the translation well. Perhaps if Diego reads this, the he/she can translate it.

No, it zipped just fine.

I originally posted a problem but later found that the problem was on my end. So I deleted the posting and inserted "Nevermind", meaning don't pay any attention to the post.

Gustavo, she seems to be more unstable than our current Me109 F4..easier to lose control, sensitive to the joystick...can't yank and bank as well as in the F4. Shouldn't they be about the same?

Also, the A key does not drop the belly tank. What do I need in my keyboard.ini?

Otherwise, nice addition. No problems.

Razer,
I'm going to try and translate your message for Gustavo so dont freak out if you see your name

Gustavo,

This is for everyone else, if someone could translate for gustavo it would really help.

I looked at the fuel tank and it had way to many polygons and would hurt frame rates. It had 768 polys and 2200 vertices. I made a new fuel tank that is 210 polys and 110 vertices and it's now textured on the trop2.tif. I've also remapped the gun pods and counter weights. I also made a more round spinner if that's someone we want to add. I did this work cause gustavo did a great job on this plane and i want it to go far.

I can send gustavo the new SM and tif if he wants to update his zip. As you can see in the pic the fuel tank is still very round and now has a real texture.

fixed!

Someone tell Gustavo that i have a new SM that's cleaned up and has some updated parts to help make this already great plane better.

The updates include a new textured fuel tank, Updated front to the radiator, updated counter weights to the ailerons and some LODs have been removed since they don't need to be there. Plus i updated the spinner to be more round.

The parts i replaced used way to many polys and i've seen a nice FR increase with the new parts.

The Fuel tank, counter weights, and gun pods are now mapped on the trop2.tif which is the wing. I textured an area that was free on the tif and placed these objects there.

The spinner is mapped where it should be and the tip of the radiator is now mapped on the fuse where it's at.

Gustavo, let me know and i'll post the updated files for you to add to your zip and update the plane on your site. It's a great plane and i know you'll get even better with each plane.

also, what are the objects on the wingtips? when level 2 switches in there is hugh red objects on the wingtips.

Razer: Thank you for their work, it is excellent what you have made, please send it to me.
It is the best recognition to my work, the one that you have made these modifications.
I am not really even qualified to correct those details, because one doesn't eat to make that handling of the textures. That limits me in many projects that I have, as the one there is 177 Greif.
I would like you to become trained a little like achievement to make these modifications in the 109; I have Ac3D without registering and 3D Studio complete Max (of which I am beginning to study a book).
The red objects in the tip of the wing are the position lights or signaling that he/she had this airplane.

Thank you again, and I wait the shipment of the modifications.

Jerry: The F2 takes a the engine DB 601 N, of smaller power that the DB 601 E of the F4, that can make it a little less maneuverable, (although I didn't notice great difference).
If you have the pp 6.0, he/she has to be able to loose the tank; but, add in keyboard.INP cmdBomb = A

Gustavo, whats your email address?

Also, I've fixed a few other things like the big slpash bug since you seem to use an SM that still had it. I will also fixed up a few other things that've been playing with and see how it looks on the plane.

you should get the updated files on sunday since that's the next day i'm off from work.
