What are the best settings for: Dawn, Day, Dusk, Night and Stormy in the mission editor in the new patch?

No idea Argon, however I do have a related question, what function does the "Gravity" setting have in the environment window? My mind is reeling right now...

I don't think the gravity setting is implemented yet. I've always thought a bit more gravity wouldn't go amiss
