How much action did the SDOE forum at combatsim get before they went subscriber? For a while I thought it might be interpreted by the casual observer as a sign that the sim was dead, since next door the CFS, WW2F and EAW forums were bustling and SDOE's wasn't. But hey, maybe thats just my bias because I don't visit many multi-sim sites like combatsim or simHQ. I mentionned this before when the combatsim SDOE forum idea came up; if we get this forum, what about using it more as a showcase for stuff than a general discussion forum like we've got here? I put in a suggestion for an SDOE forum a few weeks back at SimHQ. Tom Cofield, the editor, said that he'll give it a "definate maybe", since then, it looks like it may have been a definate no. It would be pretty cool to get an SDOE forum up there. Even if it doesn't get much traffic compared to this forum, we can still use it when this one goes down temporarily AND if and when we make breakthroughs in SDOE (and yes, we do more than we admit), we can post these over there, like a showcase as Werner said ------------------ Visit FS:SDOE Online
