I got pissed that Aces High now has a Ki-61 right after I stopped paying for the game. So I went back over my list of things I needed to do on my Ki-61 and found a bunch of FR killing polys that I didn't even know was there. I also updated the spinner so it's now completely round and not so pointed. I tweaked the framing cause it was way to tall before and I fixed all the lighting problems on the model. Plus I did the same scheme Aces High is using but I haven't finish the weathering yet. What do you guys think?  I'm going to update the gear doors, tweak the lower LODs and let Nat play with the FM one last time then I'm going to release the long awaited beta. The only thing that really needs to be done now is the cockpit. I'm not back.. I just did this cause I'm in limbo on the Pac add-on for the other sim and needed something to do.

Looks good Razer.... BTW, when is the FM going to be fixed on the P-39? I would love to shoot this baby down with a snap shot from a 37mm cannon... ;}

 Well after 3 months I finally finished the gear doors and put the flaps in the right place. That's pretty much it for the high detail model. Now I need to tweak the lower LOds and do the cockpit. Then she will be done. (well after an FM tweak but then I'm sure it will be done) ------------------

Mir, I've done a lot of work on the P-39 in the FM and cockpit areas. The P-39 no longer is nose heavy and the pivot point is right also. It flys a lot better now but the cockpit isn't ready so the plane wont get released anyt time soon. IP: Logged |
