Hey all...I've got two questions for the "Plane gods"..the first one..what do I need and where can I find the tools needed get started in building planes for SDOE. I'd like to give it a try and see if I can be of any help. The second..what is the status of the following projects:
New P-51B, P47C and B24 and please be realistic in the status not another "released soon". The only reason I ask about these are because I'm trying to get another campaign started and these are the planes I would like to include. Thanx in advance. Reconmercs IP: Logged |

I'm leaving the plane making part of SDOE so all my planes, N1K2, P-51B, Ki-61, Ki-100, B-26, and a few yet un named are all on hold and will not get finished anytime soon.Maybe later if I get the bug back i'll start working on them again. But right now I think I'll be sick if I look at OP code one more time.
As for tools for plane making. www.ac3d.org is the place to get the modeling program a lot of people use including myself. I can't remember the link to hippies junk shack for the plug-ins you need to import and export LOD files and tifs.
Also SV has some good tut's on how to do things and I think it may also have a link to hippies stuff. ------------------

Darth, yea I did say this before but last time was to go work on a real game which has now been canceled but now I just don't feel like working on anything any more. I just get sick when I look at planes now. Maybe in a month or so I might want to come back and work on SDOE but for now I'm going to be working on the PAC add-on for Target: Korea.------------------
