I have modified the weapons of the hood like they were really, this model takes filter of sand and tank of auxiliary fuel to rush. It will also take two canyons in a low container the wings.

Hello Gustavo

It looks very nice.
Is the fuel tank could be release like a bomb? It may be funny to drop napalm

The tank of fuel will rush with the A of the keyboard. The texture is temporary, it is hardly with the base treatment.

spinner is a simple fix, I could do it in 1 sec with the new rotate command in AC3D. (it's been there all a long I just never knew it was there.)

don't worry about the wheels ont he stang, Raider will be the new wheels on the B model when it's released, maybe before if I deside to work on the D.

It's not hard to do new wheels but i need pics to see what the real 88 wheels looked like.

tell you the truth i have a good pic in one of my books. Who ever is working on the Ju-88 needs to contact me and i'll make some and throw them on in a giffy.

er...gustavo...I was talking about the prop spinner, the ogive... btw, the tank looks way better than before now, even if the Luftwaffe fuel tanks had a strange shape, they were like a drop, but with the point near to the fuselage, something like the canopy of the P 51 D mustang, just flipped upsode down... I know it isn't clear, but I ain't got no pics to show...

That's way to many polys for just a fuel tank and that's not really the shape of it.

this is from B-17 II but the fuel tanks are right.

But gustav, man your getting close to a real nice plane. I've loved so many other sims with fuel tanks. I just think it's cool looking to have the tanks and see everyone drop them before combat.

Even though we can use them now (just can't switch tanks) and even though the terrains aren't large enough to really need them I still think they look cool.

i think it may just be the lower LOD. i'll scan a good pic i have later tonight and post it. It's a really good pic that shows 3 109s, all with tanks, in formation.

Gustavs model might not be that far off it could just be the angle and SDOEs 75 degree FOV,

I am already working in the texture. I modified a little but the tank of fuel, and I placed the canyons of the wing supports.

Razer, there were actually 3 main types of exteranl tanks used by LW fighters. That photo u posted shows 2 of them (the one in the 4ground used a different tank than the 2 in the background). There was a 3rd type of tank used, though not in large numbers.

My scanner is out at the the moment, so I can't post a pic, but I can give u a rough description. The tank was narrower, and cylindrical, with a domed shape at the front end, and a cone at the trailing end.I believe it was not used by Fw 190s but did see some use on Bf 109s, however not in large numbers.

Gustavo, Yardstick already did a scheme like your doing when the G6 was firsted released. All you would need to do is rename it fit your plane.

you can pick it up at the Hangar or Werner's site.
