Have you guys noticed when an object (lets say a tank) is destroyed by guns, rockets or by any other ordanance it just explodes and dissapears, vanishes, like there was nothing there. Would it be possible to make a different object that resembles the tank in a destroyed looking format just to give the reaslistic effect?
Tell me what you think

hhhmmm... my latest ground objects don't disappear.. hhmm.. neither do my buildings LOL bits flying through the air, parts comming off.. fires, rubble, detaching bouncing extrenal fuel tanks, turrets that blow off when a tank explodes so you can see them flip through the air...

Yes Sim, this has always bothered me, and I've fixed it. The ground units and buildings will be released with Stalingrad terrain cause it's alot of work to upgrade all the ground units and buildings we have currently, and I'm sure no-one else will take up that as a project

If you check back in the forum for my T34-85 beta you'll see that it's already been done, that model was a test bed for my new code which was intended for a different project that fell through, it's a FR hog, but thats my fault and only a model issue not a code one.

Sim, you can also get the improved King Tiger Damage Model I made a while ago. Although this makes the Tiger much much tougher, so you'll have to hit it harder now!

Things like visual damage on the turret, tracks and a bent main gun even!

You can find it at my site or at www.simfiles.com
