When you installed your video card, did you turn these settings off in your BIOS? I remember mentioning Shadow settings but I don't remember if I had you check the others:Make sure you have the following settings turned OFF in your motherboard bios
Video Bios or shadow cache
VGA palette snoop or DCA snoop
Hiden refresh
Byte merge
Your BIOS may not have all of these settings, just ensure the ones you have are turned off.
