The keyboard layout is a file you can download from www.simfiles.com. Here's the link to the download page http://www.simfiles.com/scripts/singlefile.php3?fileid=326 I can't forsee anyone wanting to fly this game with the keyboard though. You'd just be a big target drone for everyone else. My recommendation, get a new joystick....fast!IP: Logged |

Also,Don't try any of the training missions or others where you start on the ground. SDOE simulates the effect of torque induced yaw on the ground and it's extremely difficult to take off without rudder control. Wait until you replace your stick to try those missions. So far the most recommended stick for SDOE is the Saitek Cyborg 3D (about $35 US). If you like Forcefeed back, I'd recommend the Logitech sticks over the Microsoft ones. I have to agree on the reconmendation of the Cyborg stick, it's the one I just bought last month and is amazing, so easy to use, good twist rudder, it's just a great joystickIP: Logged |

MS Precision Pro. Not MSFF, MSPP. Works like a dream, never had to tweak it or struggle with deadzone or anything.Werner ------------------ Visit Abbeville Field Today! IP: Logged |

Werner, do you use the USB port? I do and my MSPP is way too sensitive without CTSJ.IP: Logged |

Another vote for Wingman Extreme 3D. Love mine--have had it for a year and haven't worn it out yet. $39 --well worth it--$25--a steal.AQ IP: Logged |

Hmmm...the last time I tried "flying" with a keyboard was back in the old Apple IIe days. It was pretty hard...but much easier than using two paddles!IP: Logged |
