Well, for a long while, there has been a definite need for forests....that don't kill the FR's stone dead.

well...... I have just finished running some tests on trees, and have a lovely screenshot of an airfield....with 200 trees on it.

FR's at rest in one Bf109....35 with all the hangars visible.

Flying over....55!!!!!

Well, Diego....you know those palm trees I did for Pacific?

I'm trying the same trick with them. I have built and will test tonight, a new version of an airfield with 200 palm trees. They are more complex than the initial test with conical fir trees, but if the FR's stay up, then I will do them all! They replace the palm tree objects, so that should help too!

The real test is to get the things textured properly. I'll know tonight if it worked!

The idea is really simple to implement, so it should be a breeze to do the rest of the airfields. Then I might spend some time building some new islands for my Ocean Island terrain!!!! Not to mention building some trees for that mountain terrain.....now that should sit well with your snowy texture!
