Just thought I'd share the news with you! Needs some kinks worked out and then I'll try putting it into a 262 and releasing it.IP: Logged |

I'm respondind! That would be frickin GREAT!!!! I'm a staunch realist and I hate having to go to alt-w for that very important info. Keep us all posted on your progress, this works in all planes????7./JG3 Sturm Spieler

I knew you guys wouldn't be long! The file will have to be implemented into each and every plane by hand. So I think this will have to be kindof like condors engine DM pack, I will have to make a ammo counter pack.IP: Logged |

All German fighters from about mid '41 onwards had them. As far as SDOE's plane set is concerned that is every German fighter bar the Bf109E-4. In most German fighters the instrument in the top left hand corner is the counter (see below). ------------------ Yardstick painted this IP: Logged |

It's the correct reticule for the Revi C-12D used in the Fw190. I'm working on a number of reticules but have not worked out how to convert the British sights to use a tif file (currently they use an inta texture). As soon as I have it cracked I will post a small gunsight pack.IP: Logged |

For what my humble opinion is worth....upgrade all the planes that should have them!It seems wrong to me to have a plane with an ammo counter that never had one. Then again, it's wrong NOT to have one when there should be one! GOOD JOB! makes the ammo counter pack easier! IP: Logged |

This is so freaky! Look in Tech Talk and see my post about Ammo Gauges. Its only posted a half hour before Aladars! Now thats weird that we both posted at the same time, one asking the question the other answering with out each others knowledge!I look forward to it Aladar! Snake IP: Logged |

That's fantastic Yard! BTW, anyone thing it's possible to do a lead-computing one? Maury IP: Logged |

If you look at the picture each of the vertical white bars is the counter. They're "tapes" that move down as you fire off the ammo. If you look close you can see that the top is cut at a 45 degree angle. In the picture you posted it's high on the left and slopes to the right. In reality they were high on the right and sloped to the left. Any chance we could get the master arm switch working too? On the 190 it's switch between the two sets of counters (you can see it in the picture). In the real plane it's red, and slides up for on and down for off. In the 109 it's a black switch with a white horizontal stripe, located on the left of the three counters. I don't know if the 262 had one... Maury
