Von, no in the moment the paratrooper disappear, if they land.Maybe i can changed this. As i wrote in the FAQ Forum, the paratrooper has only 60sec time before the parachute gone.So they must jumped below 2000ft. I don´t know why, i have the same problem if i bailed out of a plane.Rendsburger IP: Logged |

Rendsburger You are the Man. Great work. I can't wait to see how you did it. This is what was holding me up. If you can send me a copy I will add the gun and try to keep them from droping through the ground. I believe the obKillDelay is hard coded for the parachute. Maybe you can add this to the property list and override it. Better yet, try obKillDelay -10. The minus is supposed to start the kill timer only after it makes contact with the ground. Thank you. Can't wait to try this out!All we need to figure out now is a way of making the drop a mission objective! I can see airborne invasions being a whole load of fun! Especially trying to escort something that fly's low and slow.... p.s. Can we have some crates on chutes too maybe mixed in with the para's or as a seperate loadout? Then we can do supply drops to the troops on the ground too! How long have we waited for this!!!!!!!

wakeup tailgunner, maybe it works together with my recon target (coming soon),you have to fly over it and it disappear and it can be set as a mission goal.I havn´t tried this out. I will test it with cargo. Hope to release it this week!Rendsburger

For mission objectives, when/if we get them to fire their gun they can destroy an object. That means that they would have to be dropped within gun range.Here is a list of what I am working on now. a. fix chute 60 sec killdelay, etc. b. land on ground c. add working gun to paratrooper d. custom sounds

One problem down. Add obKillDelay -10 to the parachute will solve the problem of the chute only lasting 60 seconds. On to the next part.  IP: Logged |

Hallo Rendsburger! I have d/l your test stuff and a bit tested. Now in german.(Sorry,my english is too bad) Die Paratroopers funktionieren prima.Die Ju 52 läßt sich bei mir im loadout nur mit Ge= schützen u.Paratroopers beladen.Keine schwere Bombardierung.Um die Springer abzusetzen muß man nur den Bombenschacht öffnen.(d)Dann Return.Was meinst du wie schön die Leute springen.Keine Probleme,keine Explosionen. Noch mal zur Ju 52.Das gibts garnicht wie schön das Flugzeug startet,fliegt und landed. Wenn jemand Probleme hat,kann es nicht an deiner Arbeit liegen. Zur Remagen Brücke und zur Mis.First Strike. Bei mir steht die Brücke längst zum Fluß. Aber das ist secundär.Ich habe auch nicht ver sucht sie per Editor zu drehen. Wichtig ist das sie da ist.Sie läßt sich zerstören und sieht danach immer noch gut aus.Fast schade sie kaputt zu machen.Mehr hab ich noch nicht probiert.Ich freue mich auf den Hafen.------------------ hoffmann IP: Logged |

Helm, die Fallschirmspringer funktionieren mit dem Loadout Geschütze und Paratrooper.Das Problem hierbei ist jedoch das wenn der Computer die Maschine fliegt, er die Fallschirmjäger nicht absetzt.Das funktioniert nur,wenn du das neue Loadout benutzt.Komisch wieso du keine Explosionen hörst. Ja die Ju fliegt wirklich schön :-) War selbst überrascht davon wie gut sie fliegt. Die Brücke sollte in der Mission die ich mitgeliefert habe eigentlich richtig stehen.
