Hi Bullet,They are based on pp6.0 sm files. Wondering why you are asking though. Have you found a problem? Let me know if you have. Thanks,

Hi Bulldog2,Yes, that has been reported as well. Please confirm for me that is only with the bf109k4 and bf109f versions. They have new fm's from mposis and it looks like the big splash was pulled back in with them. Thanks,

I had the splash with the Emil and Fredrich. I haven't tried the Gustav and Kurfurst - but I will.OK I just double checked and all 4 versions of the Bf109 do have the giant splash bug. ------------------ Yardstick painted this [This message has been edited by Yardstick (edited 01-15-2001).] IP: Logged |

Hi Yardstick,I will try this as well, but please try this, rename your aircraft directory so you will be using the original pp6.0 sm files from the par files and see if the splash bug still happens. Only the k4 and f versions should be different from the pp6.0 sm files. ------------------ Condor out IP: Logged |

I'll test them but I have been using the versions of the 109 in PP6 since September of last year when Marcus forwarded them to me and I have never seen the splash bug. I'll drop Marcus a mail and see if he can throw light on the problem.Do you have any info on what was changed in the F and K FM that you have? ------------------ Yardstick painted this IP: Logged |

Hi Yardstick,I don't have any information on the FM's for the 109's in my engine damage. I guess the simple answer is to have the people who know the 109's the best, make new updates to the 109's in pp6.0 and send me the new sm files. It should then only take 1 or 2 hours for me to put in and test the engine damage for all four planes. I also know, it is not a simple task to just make new fm updates to the 109's, so we will have to see. What do you think would be the best way to fix this problem and who could do it? I don't know anything about FM work.

Thanks Yardstick,I look forward to hearing from you on this. This issue must be corrected before the engine damage can be considered at all for being released as a part of a plane pack update. ------------------ Condor out IP: Logged |
