This fictional campaign is loosely based on the African campaign of mid 1942 through early 1943. This campaign features the ground units command by Montgomery & Rommel.
Although this campaign is meant to be played mainly from the air, players can also attack with or as ground units using drivable Sherman & Tiger tanks.
The main nations used in these missions are Great Britian & Germany. They are used through out all the missions. You can also fly for the Italians in most the missions as well as the American in a few as well. I personally recommend playing the Allies first, then the Axis for greatest playablity. Historically, the Allies had numerical superiorty in the campaign & the missions I created reflect that. And, so the Axis missions tend to be a bit more challenging. If you play the campaign out with one squadron from each nations, you will have more than thirty rounds of SDOE fun & that's not counting if you play all the squadrons!
The file contains the new "squadrons", the British 8th Army & German 15th Panzer Division "Afrika Korps." They will appear in squadron menu & the mission editor and should be used for drivable ground units.
