It occured to me that there may be someone who doesnt know that you can make your old Africa missions into Pacific mission by opening the mission with wordpad (or notepad)
and changing the msnSMFileName "terrain/Africa/Africa.sm" to msnSMFileName "terrain/Pacific/Pacific.sm"
to open missions in wordpad or notepad leftclick the missionflie once to hightlight it, hold down shift and right click the file
and choose "open with " a box should pop up showing a list of things that can open stuff, just find wordpad or notepad select it. BTW Pacific blows MSCF2 away IMO Thanks guys!! YOU ROCK!!!

BTW after you save that file you may have to open it with mission editor and then just save it

It's a little more complicated than that. I just converted all of mine and had to go back and re-assign all the targets. You should open up the mission in notepad and make sure everything is converted.
