Finally bit the bullet the other day and downloaded the pack. Took about 2.5 hours. Now, some of the aircraft work fine and some don't. I get a fair number of CTD's both with the new planes and some missions. Although I've found that some missions have the wrong country selected for the aircraft won't work. That's why we have the editor! Put a Jug into one and it sprang around like a grasshopper on engine startup. Funny as hell. We all need to remember it's just a game.

Sunray,

Do you have Nations V2.0?
If not it is necessary before you use pp6.0 or some problems will occurs - I believe similar to the ones you are describing.

Thanks. Last time I had Nations V2 on my machine IT was causing problems. I think. (Still have the zipped file though as it's another very long download.) From what I've seen about it the only thing added was France and Australia. If PP6 needs it, why does the P47 appear in American colours but not fly. Still pretty funny to watch the Jug flip around. That and the Hurricane I flys like a sick bird. Frame rates suck on some missions. Some missions don't run at all. Edit them myself to fix country affiliations and they work fine. Like I say, it's just a game and there's lots of stuff that works very well so why worry about stuff that doesn't work so well. The whole thing keeps me thinking I should try my hand at making an aircraft.
