If I get round to starting on SDOE Developing I thought Ok it has to be simple to start.

So I will try a "WINDSOCK"

I could make different variants easily. Axis and Allie. I would need some Help with the Flight model tho! Anyone have any thoughts on this!

If that was to hard then I would revert to plan B and make

A "Pair Of Chocks" wooden ones for the wheels! Should be easy in 3d MAX, I could keep the polygon count really low

Pye,

Save yourself some time and check for the windsock.sm in the standard parfiles. I believe its buried in there somewhere. Should make a good 3d model for you. Not sure why they dropped them for the flame barrels in the final release but apparently the windsock was used in the beta.

The main reason we went with the barrels is you can see the smoke from a reasonable distance. With a windsock you have to practically land before you can see it.

Do moving vehicles count?

Hmm.. what else.

2. AA that's more user-friendly for offline fun
3. Make the towns on the calais side and dover side look more location-appropriate
4. AA batteries encased in earthworks, miscellaneous bunker complexes
5. Placable temporary airfields (for use in Africa)
6. Hangar with Damage Model to compliment TS' awesome open hangars

I'll post more when I can think of them.
