1. Exactly WHAT lines of code do you have to add to get the Dynamic Mission Creator to see all planes, nations, etc.? 2. Are all the new planes, including public Betas, being produced have the lines of code which the PPF Editor needs to work?I tried these programmes 4-6 months ago and nothing appeared to be correctly laid out so as to get these programs to work so I gave up. Is it worth trying again? 3. I have never tried to put in new skins because of my problems with the above two programs. Is this easy? Do I have to write extra little bits for *.ppf files to get them to work or is it all automatic? Any updates on these matters would be appreciated. I must say that Question 2 becomes a bit moot now that Plane Pack 6.0 is out and I must say what a TREMENDOUS effort and product it is! Salute to all contributors to that project!! Thank-you all. descName "Ki-61-I Hien"that's the line the editor looks for i think.. skins are the easy to install, just make a folder called textures in the plane dir. then put the tifs in that file.. also, i already have a PPF editor, it's called notepad. Hello Razer! Wow - that was a prompt reply! And where do I find that particular line in the plane's file? i.e. where is "Ki-61-I Hien" actually written in the plane's file? With regards skin textures, do they have to be in subfolders or are they all in together? Also any thoughts on the Dynamic Mission Creator or is that not widely used. quote: Originally posted by Razer: descName "Ki-61-I Hien"that's the line the editor looks for i think.. skins are the easy to install, just make a folder called textures in the plane dir. then put the tifs in that file.. the loadout file is the one contains this line. the SM file can pretty much be named anything, just as long as the loadout in the dir with the SM has the right name in it. quote:

just make a texture folder int he plane folder and put all tif's in that folder (IE: ki61/textures/ All tifs go there) quote:

not sure about this, i didn't know anything like that was out there.. it would be nice to have a new mission editor then the one we have now.
