If you can translate this into the following languages, please do so down below.French, German and Italian. "Carney Airfield" "Renard Air Base" "Munda Field" "Louisa Airfield" "Ballale Airfield" "Kara Air Base" "Kahili Airfield" "Segi Airfield" "River Kwai Bridge"
Thanks in advance.

Allons-y (here we go, in French ):"Terrain d'aviation de Carney" "Base aérienne de Renard" "Terrain de Munda" "Terrain d'aviation de Louisa" "Terrain d'aviation de Ballale" "Base aérienne de Kara" "Terrain d'aviation de Kahili" "Terrain d'aviation de Segi" "Pont de la rivière Kwai" (hint: use copy/paste to get the accented characters you probably don't have on your keyboard) I think I'm going to LOVE this, thanks Diego! wieder mal auf Deautch: "Flugplatz Carney" "Luftwaffenstützpunkt Renard" "Flugplatz Munda" "Flugplatz Louisa" "Flugplatz Ballale" "Luftwaffenstützpunkt Kara" "Flugplatz Kahili" "Flugplatz Segi" "Brücke des Kwai Flusses"Before you use these, I'd ask that an actual German citizen check my use of the nomanative form for the Kwai Bridge, although I think it's correct, also, as for the place names, in all honesty without a German map of the area, I can't confirm that this is the way you would see them on a German map. Anyway, hope this is right ~Nat~ [This message has been edited by Nat (edited 11-19-2000).] IP: Logged |

Diego, if the airfield is only a tiny one, you can use Flugfeld instead of Flugplatz, but you'd know better than me which would be best IP: Logged |

Razer, I'm not doubting your translation at all. Does "Del Fiume" mean River? Just curious cuz I speak Spanish and damned if those two languages seem to be similar. Thanks!IP: Logged |

LOL! Nice try razer!!! "aerodromo" sound like aerodrome but the best thing is the one about the kwai river, u translated something like "tiny small bridge above the kway river"... Don't use online translators guys, they really suck!Italian is a very difficult language "Aeroporto di Carney" "Base aerea di Renard" "Campo Munda" "Aeroporto di Louisa""Aeroporto di Ballale" "Base aerea di Kara""Aeroporto di Kahili" "Aeroporto di Segi" "Ponte sul fiume Kwai" Another thing Diego, if the names u wrote are the names of cities (like u say New York Airfield) that's ok, but if that are the names of the airfields themselves, then cut the word "di"...got it? sorry for being late, but I didn't see your post before!!!! P.S. Razer, u aren't upset, r u? ------------------

ROFL!!!!! I love the translater, it sounds so much better then the real thing.. which sounds better.. "Roger! I'm going in! You can kiss the Kwai River Bridge goodbye!" "Roger! I'm going in! You can kiss the tiny small bridge above the kway river!" i like the second one. IP: Logged |
