Yup thats right, Im going to be in it! Riding around in a vintage WWII Jeep along downtown Houston! Ive got my WWII U.S. Army gear on and Im headed out. I just got to find my WWII boots and my Ike jacket.... ah there they are, next to my over seas cap on the bed. Dont forget to thank any veteran that may be in your family for what they did for your country.

P.S. I just realised I typed in Memorial instead of Veterans Day Parade... DOH! I feel dumb...

Twas a blast! I was one of the few to greet the Medal of Honor veterens (I shook 12 Medal of Honor veterens hands That I must say was a real special moment) I also got to ride in the VERY front of the parade in a Jeep with a mounted 50 cal with Matress Mac (For those of you who know who he is... "saves you money!") I shook his hand and everything. A real nice millionare here in Houston. I was probably on TV as there was a ton of TV crews filming the Jeep I was in. Oh yeah I got to ride right behind the Mayor (Who was walking) I met him too.
